  • 1 lb (450g) cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 oz (225g) elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and warm the shredded chicken for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  4. In a separate saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat and gradually stir in both cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
