  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice (dry, uncooked)

  4. Stir in uncooked rice, cover with a lid, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
