  • 2 ½3 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 34 tbsp salted butter
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
